✔️Licensee can sell unlimited amounts of the Ultimate Start Up Guide and Must Have Resources.

✔️Licensee can sell resell rights or master resell rights to the Ultimate Start Up Guide and Must Have Resources.

✔️ Licensee cannot edit, modify, or alter the products or claim authorship or copyright of any product by kimcruz.biz, kimcruz.info, Kim Cruz or their future publications.

✔️ Licensee cannot change the name of any materials by kimcruz.biz, kimcruz.info, Kim Cruz or their future publicatons. 

✔️ The products that are received by Licensee may be redistributed as is for stated amount.

✔️Licensee may download and utilize the original source files but you may not edit the original content. In accordance with traditional MRR rights, Videos CANNOT be Modified in ANY WAY.

✔️The Licensee can sell the Products at any price point above those shown at https://kimcruz.biz/alldigitalassets.

✔️Discounts can be applied to the Products' sale price, provided that the discounted price does not fall below the minimum sale price show at https://kimcruz.biz/alldigitalassets
